Simulate Restriction Enzyme Digestion with the following Enzymes: *EcoRI HindIII BamHI KpnI EcoRV SacI SalI*
Create a pattern/image in the style of Paul Vanouse’s [Latent Figure Protocol](<https://www.paulvanouse.com/lfp.html>) artworks.
First, I went to https://www.neb.com/en-us/tools-and-resources/interactive-tools/dna-sequences-and-maps-tool and downloaded the FASTA format sequence file, and uploaded it to benchling under New project > DNA and RNA sequence > Upload.
Next, I use the “digest” (scissors) tool and entered the various restriction enzymes to cut the sequence.
