On this page, I will document my journey with How to Grow (Almost) Anything 2023.
I am a senior in high school in Romania and I want to pursue a career in the field of Quantum Computing. I plan to continue my studies at the Technical University of Munich, starting with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics. Currently, I see myself working on the hardware part of quantum computers or on different applications involving the simulation of complex molecules. However, since quantum computing is a very interdisciplinary field, getting background from different fields of science definitely helps myself prepare for the future.
During my high school years, I got involved in several research projects, Quantum Computing courses, Physics and Mathematics Olympiads, having won medals at national and international level, a bit of teaching and a collaboration with the company Zollner for a robotics project.
I like learning foreign languages, taking walks through forests and riding my bike. I also enjoy scientific debates with like-minded people and reading.
